My Story: Let Me Introduce Myself

Hello, I’m Toni, an Integrative Health Practitioner, wife, mum of three and proud nan to three gorgeous boys (and a few much-loved furry companions too).

I’m a sensitive soul who finds joy in peace, nature, crystals and the subtle world of energy and frequency. While sensitivity can bring its challenges, it has also been my greatest gift, guiding me toward the powerful healing work I now share with others.

For over 20 years, I’ve been supporting people on their journey back to balance, energy and wellbeing. My own experiences with ill health, emotional struggles and feeling “stuck” led me to discover a more natural, holistic way of healing, one that looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Systematic Kinesiology, along with BWRT, EFT, energy and frequency based approaches, has played a profound role in my own healing journey. These tools have supported me through chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, grief and more, and now form the foundation of how I support my clients.

My approach is gentle, intuitive and tailored to you. Together, we work across the mental, emotional, physical and energetic levels to restore balance, build resilience and help you feel more like yourself again.

I have a particular passion for supporting those experiencing grief, stress, anxiety, fatigue and hormonal or digestive challenges, helping you feel lighter, clearer and more empowered in your life.

I offer sessions from my beautiful, peaceful home-based space in Bexleyheath, Kent, as well as online via Zoom.
