During this consultation the practitioner takes a detailed account of your personal history and focuses on your health goals so that the plan can begin to be personalised to suit your needs.

Each week you have a 10-15 minute private session.  During this the practiontioner will discuss your progress and help to address any problems you may be encountering, they will also adapt the programme to suit your changing requirements.  Your weight, body fat, body water, muscle mass and measurements are monitored at this time.
